About Becca Gan Levy

Becca Gan Levy is the Farm and Sustainability Director at the Boulder JCC. She runs Milk and Honey Farm, an educational sustainable farm which brings the community together for experiential programs and activities grounded in Jewish heritage, tradition, and values. She also helps the community make more sustainable choices and has implemented a variety of zero-waste and sustainability initiatives at the JCC.  She has a Masters in Agriculture, Food and the Environment from Tufts University, a Certificate in Ecological Horticulture from UC Santa Cruz, is an alum of the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies in Israel, and an alum of Adamah, the Jewish Environmental Fellowship. When she is not at Milk and Honey Farm, you can find her mothering three young children, striving to be a loving partner, taking her dog on a trail run, or crafting.
